fix(Hermmes): ChBcLogpfad in Get-RemoteCCMLog reparieren

Browse Source 
- entfernt leeren LogRoot-Parameter
- baut Pfad zu \CLIENT\C$\Windows\CCM\Logs jetzt direkt in der Funktion
- bleibt rein ChBcbasiert ohne WinRM/CIM
