feat(Hermmes): DebugDetails fuer Get-SCCMAppDeployment hinzufuegen

- neue Option -DebugDetails
- zeigt Pruefung der ChBcPfade, Log-Zugriff, Zeilen-/Trefferanzahlen
- zeigt Fallbeispiele aus AppEnforce, wenn keine Anwendung erkannt wird
- zeigt fuer jede Anwendung Detailzaehler fuer Regex, Cache, Detection
