refactor(Hermes): Get-SCCMAppDeployment auf ChBcLogzugriff umstellen
- statt WinRM/CIM werden Logs ueber Admin-Freigabe C$ gelesen - bei Ausfuehrung wird immer interaktiv nach Benutzer/Passwort gefragt - letzte Aenderungen werden aus AppEnforce/AppDiscovery/CAS ermittelt - zeigt Softwarecenter-Namen/Daten statt internen App-IDs
